Evictions (no evictions in the last 7 years), Owing previous landlords money/money judgements (no owing previous landlords money), most felonies/serious crimes (dependent upon nature of the crime), seriously delinquent DTE/Water/Utility bills (you need to be able to put the proper utilities in your name),Credit depends not necessarily on the score but on the income to bad debt ratio/or serious delinquencies as compared to accounts being paid as agreed, COMBINED MONTHLY INCOME MUST GREATER THAN 4X THE MONTHLY RENT (PLUS AN ADDITIONAL $500 FOR A SINGLE FAMILY HOME) (we require proof of all stated income, if self employed we will need tax filings and bank statements).
